Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, as most items will be handmade from scratch.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for personalised and bespoke items.
Gold vermeil items will be made specially for you (unless in stock) and will be sent within 3-4 weeks. We will notify you how long the delivery will be.

Solid Gold and gemstone set pieces will be sent out within 3-4 weeks.
Solid gold pieces are made to order and therefore are non-returnable or non-refundable.

For hygiene reason earrings are non-returnable due to Health and Hygiene Regulations.
