As each piece is crafted by hand, please allow 7–10 working days for delivery. When a design is available in stock, it will be sent out sooner.

Please allow up to 4 -6 weeks for personalised and bespoke items.
Solid gold pieces are made to order and therefore are non-returnable or non-refundable.

EU and international Custom and tax charges: Please be aware you may also be liable for any charges made by customs and duties. Custom and tax charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. They are charged at checkout. So nothing to pay upon arrival.  We have no control over any delays or charges by customs within your specific country.

RETURNS
Returns window is 14 days from receipt. Please email before returning an item.
For hygiene reason earrings are non-returnable due to Health and Hygiene Regulations.

Due to the handmade nature of my jewellery with the natural gemstones that are used. The piece you receive may differ slightly from the image shown, as no two gemstones are the same, which makes each piece unique.

• BESPOKE & COMMISSIONS:
  
  If you would like to commission a piece of jewellery for yourself or as a gift, please email with your requirements. Please note I will take a non-refundable deposit to research and quote for the commission. If you go ahead with the bespoke item, the deposit will be deducted from the final price.

• REPAIRS & RE-STRINGING:

  If you need a piece of your jewellery repaired please email us with your request and we will see if we can help you. I also offer a bead and pearl re-stringing service.
