  1. HOW TO PAY

    Payment is made through all major credit/debit cards and Paypal.
    You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay for goods.
    Paypal is a worldwide recognised payment service which allows payment to be transferred while keeping card details separate. 
    We will never receive customer's card details.

    Hi there, I hope you are keeping well and safe in these unprecedented times.
    I am still processing online orders, providing the item is in stock or providing I have the materials in stock to make a new piece. 
    Posting will be by Royal Mail or courier company Hermes and they won't require you to sign anything but delivery times may take a bit longer. I will let you know as soon as it is shipped. 

    I am also offering local collection from outside my studio building in Central Brixton.

    In stock items will be shipped within 3-5 working days. 
    Other items to be handmade will be shipped in 5-7 working days.

    Personalised items may take longer.
    Please allow extra time for Xmas deliveries.


    Some gold vermeil items  will be made specially for you and will be sent within 1-2 weeks. I will notify you how long the delivery will be.
    Solid Gold and stone set items will be sent out within 2-3 weeks.
    You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order has been dispatched.
    If you have an urgent order please email us before ordering and we will try to get it to you sooner!

    You can always collect from my workshop in Brixton in South London.  Just select this from the shipping methods on your order page.


    UK Delivery Charges

    Goods over £100 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Signed For at a charge of FREE

    All orders under £100 will be sent by Royal Mail Registered or by  Hermes courier, at a charge of £5.00


    Please note that someone will need to be present to sign for your parcel.
    In the event that no-one is available to receive the item, a card will be left providing you with the information to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail collection depot.
    Alternative address - If you want to give us an alternative address such as a work address, just place your order, then email us with the address.

    International Delivery Charges and Times

    Items to be sent overseas will be dispatched within 5-7 days by International Signed For at a charge of £10.00.
    Please note someone will need to be present to sign for your parcel.
    If you are buying in another currency this will be converted when the transaction has been made at paypal.
    Please you will also be liable for any charges made by customs and duties.

    PACKAGING
    Your jewellery will be gift wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent in a Karen Morrison box free of charge.

    1. RETURNS

      We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you're not fully satisfied, you are welcome to return it unworn and in it's original packaging within 14 days for a full refund excluding postage. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
      If you do need to return an item we would advise you to return it by Royal Mail special delivery to cover insurance. 
      For hygiene reason earrings are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
      Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days.
      Purchases made from stockist's must be returned directly to the place of purchase.
      Specially commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
      There are no returns on sale items.

    2. REPAIRS TO KMJ

      Repairs will be carried out free of charge to items which have a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase.
      All items returned as faulty, within this time, will be inspected and any damage deemed to be subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty but will be repaired at cost plus postage. 
      Items returned for repair should be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, the cost of which will be covered by the customer. 

      REPAIRS & RE-STRINGING TO YOUR OWN JEWELLERY

      If you need a piece of your own jewellery repaired please email me with your request and photos if possible and we will see if we can help you. We also offer a bead and pearl re-stringing service. Please allow up to 3 weeks for this service.


    3. COMMISSIONS and RE-INVENT YOUR OLD JEWELLERY

      If you would like a piece of jewellery made specifically for you please email us with your requirements. Also if you see a piece that you like but not the colours or size you want, please let us know and I'm sure we'll be able to make them for you. 

      We can also re-work your old jewellery pieces you no longer wear into something new.

    4. PRICES AND CURRENCY

      All prices are inclusive of VAT. 
      All transactions are shown in GB £ Sterling.
      If you are buying in another currency this will be converted when the transaction has been made at paypal.
